The machine won't start
Run a voltage test on the battery

Connect the tester to the battery
Connect the tester to the battery pack connector and check that there is voltage.

Case 2: The tester does not detect voltage
If the tester doesn't detect any voltage, check the fuse and replace it if necessary.

Case 1: The tester detects voltage
If the tester detects the correct voltage, fully charge the battery and restart the machine.
