The machine starts but after a few meters it stops

Recharge your batteries

First, fully charge the batteries:

  1. Remove the handle connector from the machine and connect it to the charger;

  2. Connect the charger to the mains;

  3. When the solid green LED lights up, it means that charging is complete and you can disconnect the machine from the charger.

Run a voltage test

Connect the multimeter to the stopped machine and record the voltage while the machine is stopped. Then activate the controls and record the voltage while the machine is moving. If the voltage drop exceeds 1 or 2 V, it means the batteries are at the end of their life and need to be replaced.


NB: When replacing the batteries, replace all of them.
